WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to the first scheduled stay will be refunded in full. 50% refund if cancelled 30-90 days prior to the first scheduled stay. NO refund if cancelled within 30 days of the first day of the scheduled stay.

IS THERE A NIGHTLY MINIMUM?

Yes, a seven-day stay is required from June through August. A two-night minimum stay is required September through May.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A STAY?

To secure your reservation 50% of the payment is due upon booking. The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. We require a one-night stay as a security deposit during the season (June-August). Out of season a $500 security deposit is required. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
